Research Together For Forests Forever TM

About

International Research Teaching Forests Incorporated works toward furthering the economic potential of non-timber forest products using applied research and incremental development of specific products.

Each new product, individually researched and developed, will prove its economic viability through small pilot marketing projects. The business will partner on a project-by-project basis with various institutions, industry partners, and/or existing incubation groups which will  determine the structure  of each project’s funding  on an individual basis.

On a project-by-project basis, International Research Teaching Forests Incorporated works to develop marketable, Forest-Derived Products ranging from products grown from  Agroforestry practices to Forest Technology and Education.

    Message from the Founder

The Forest is a place full of wonder and mysteries- teeming with life and activity –  while remaining a place of peace and tranquility. We have yet to reveal all of the secrets the Forest is willing to share with us. However, through a closer relationship with the Forest we can gain a greater knowledge and understanding of many benefits the Forest offers to us. That is the exciting part of spending time in the Forest – reaching out to touch the trees and the soil and realizing that, well before our time, many trees we see have stood in place watching generations come and go.

I sincerely hope that you are able to find time to go to the Forest to discover the many things it has to offer.  I know the Forest has changed my life and without a doubt the Forest has the ability to change your life as well. It is also my conviction that young and old should spend time in the Forest together when provided an opportunity. There, will be found joy, peace, happiness, and renewal of well-being.

For these reasons, International Research Forests Incorporated has been formed – to promote “Accessible Forests for All” and “Research Together for Forests Forever.” There is the aspiration to grow our rural communities with the help of the Forests we live in.

If you are able, sit quietly amongst the trees. It is possible for you to hear the voice of the Forest as it imparts to you small pieces of its wisdom gained from years before we came.

I wish you well in your own journey to discover our life-sustaining Forests and I sincerely hope you  are also able to share the Forest with those you love. Feel free to reach out to our company with your Forest-Related ideas and thoughts.

We look toward hearing from you!
